From the moment Adam arrived, we were blown away by just how special of an experience he created.
It was a four course meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and he brought flowers! Great touch!
The food itself - I mean, it had us wishing we could recreate it ourselves. It started with an arugula salad with candied fennel, mint, and burrata. What an all-star dish! Other highlights included a fusilli pasta with crab sofrito and sourdough crumble. Food was 10/10. The most important thing about the menu was that he worked with me in advance on different ideas to ensure we were happy. It couldn’t have turned out better!
We are now working with him to do more frequent meals for our house. He was an amazing chef. Highly recommend him!

Chef Adam was amazing. From the very beginning he won us over with his professionalism. He didn't just send me a PDF and said choose, he asked us questions about our favorite foods and tastes and developed a menu to fit our style!!!! Can't wait to use him again. The orecchiette was heavenly and his octopus was like nothing I have ever had before. Not only was the food amazing, he made the night fun and we all had tons of laughs. I am recommending him to everyone we know.

Adam was amazing to work with and provided an unforgettable meal. I hired him and his server, Lucy, for a small dinner party of 7 and he made an incredible vegetarian-friendly four-course meal. I will be dreaming of the sweet potato soup he made for years! He was very friendly, professional, and punctual. I would definitely hire him again if I am in need of similar services for the future.
